A Antiga Barbearia de Bairro é a primeira marca criada pela 100ml. Há muito que sentíamos no mercado uma lacuna no segmento masculino pelo que decidimos criar algo diferente e original nesta área.
Queremos fazer renascer o ritual do barbear que tem estado algo abandonado, e colocar de novo em destaque o tradicional pincel. A tendência que se vem observando para o revivalismo, revela um caminho que nos encanta.
De facto, assiste-se a um retorno aos processos clássicos, agora reinterpretados e filtrados por novos padrões gráficos e estéticos.
Em Portugal as barbearias são parte integrante da história de muitas cidades, e são locais privilegiados de "tertúlia". Ainda hoje diversos bairros mantêm essa tradição viva: Zonas em que permanece uma cultura de comunicação, uma conversa e uma troca de cumprimentos tipicamente Portuguesa.

The "Antiga Barbearia de Bairro" is the first brand produced by "100ml". We have felt there was a gap in this Market Segment, a lack of original and meaningful products thought for men.
Therefore, we decided to create something different and unique in this area. We want to revive the ritual of shaving, which has somehow been abandoned, and put a new emphasis on the traditional shaving brush.
We have also been observing a revival of this trend, which reveals a path that enchanted us. In fact, we are witnessing a return to classical processes now reinterpreted and filtered by new standards and aesthetic graphics.
In Portugal the barbershops are an important part of the history of many towns and those are a privileged spot for "Tertulia" (discussion of several cultural and daily issues). Even today, many districts keep this tradition alive, as well as the daily habit of exchanging greetings so typical of the Portuguese culture and that makes us so proud to be part of.
